Palworld Base Planner (“the Site”) is a free, unofficial, fan-made tool for planning bases in Palworld. This policy explains what information the Site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account details. If you create an account, we store your email address and a display name. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider (Supabase) and are never stored by us in plain text. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile (name and email) from Google.
• Saved builds and ratings. Bases you save (their layout, name, description, notes, and whether you publish them to the gallery) and any ratings you leave are stored so the Site can show them to you and, if you publish, to others.
• Basic technical data. Like most sites, our hosting provider processes standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) to serve pages and keep the Site secure.

Cookies and local storage

The Site uses local storage and cookies that are necessary for it to work — chiefly to keep you signed in. If advertising is enabled (see below), Google may set additional cookies for ad delivery and measurement.

Advertising

The Site may display ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can control personalised advertising in your Google Ad settings and learn more at Google’s advertising policies. You can also opt out of personalised advertising from participating vendors at aboutads.info/choices.

The Site relies on these providers, each with its own privacy policy:

We use the information above only to provide the Site: to sign you in, save and display your builds, show the community gallery and ratings, keep the Site secure, and — where enabled — display ads. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can edit or delete builds you have saved. To delete your account and associated data, contact us using the details below. You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser at any time, and manage ad personalisation via the links above.

Data retention

We keep account information and saved builds until you delete them or ask us to remove your account. Published builds may remain visible in the gallery until removed.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
